At AMMP we are committed to promoting sustainability and we take to heart not just around the environmental issues but the whole UN 2030 Goals, both as individuals and as an organisation.
Our goals aim not just to comply with but to exceed, where practicable, all applicable legislation, regulations and codes of practice and we integrate sustainability considerations into all our business decisions.
To start with, our practical steps focus on society, environment and whom we work with.
We aim to provide equal opportunities, training and clear policies for our employees, suppliers and clients, and to create a culture that people are proud to be a part off.
We will look to ensure we are consistently sourcing materials, supplies etc from local businesses and our purchasing decisions will prioritise impact over cost wherever possible.
We are committed to provide real and valuable work opportunities and to create the conditions that allow all of our stakeholders to have quality jobs that stimulate the economy while not harming the environment.
We are also aiming to use local teams, where possible, to promote local business and to support local communities to thrive and grow, while improving resource use and reducing pollution.
By using our network of global suppliers, we are cutting down on unnecessary transport use, minimising our environmental impact, while keeping our quality of work above our standards.
We also aim to avoid physically travelling to meetings etc where alternatives are available and practical, and employ efficient timing of meetings to avoid multiple trips. We would also reduce the need for our staff to travel by supporting alternative working arrangements, including home working etc
As a core team, we use low impact transport for travel, and our preferred methods of travelling are, in order: cycling, walking & public transport. We aim to apply these options to our extended team, where possible.

To ensure transparency around our activities, we will externally report on our progress against these goals and hold internal senior reviews once per year.
